The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this agreement.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of this agreement.

By registering an account on 3333dat, by depositing funds, by placing a wager, or by simply accessing and browsing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and contact support at support@3333dat to request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 3333dat with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties. No verbal representations, marketing materials, or promotional communications shall modify or override these terms unless expressly confirmed in writing by 3333dat.

3333dat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address or through an on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gambling standards. Players in Bangladesh access the Platform entirely at their own discretion and assume full legal responsibility for their compliance with local laws and regulations pertaining to online gambling. 3333dat does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and makes no representations to that effect.

Clause 3

Account Registration

Requirements and obligations relating to the creation and maintenance of a 3333dat player account.

To access real-money Services on 3333dat, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. Registration is free of charge. By registering, you represent and warrant the following:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older at the time of registration.
• All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are not registering on behalf of a third party, and the Account will be used solely by you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended or permanently closed for breach of these terms.

Each Player may hold only one Account. Operating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these terms. 3333dat employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances from verified deposits may be returned at 3333dat's discretion after investigation.

3333dat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a bank statement or mobile financial service screenshot for address and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Clause 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transaction rules governing BDT deposits and withdrawals on the 3333dat platform.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your 3333dat Account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The payment method used for a deposit must match the payment method used for withdrawal of those same funds, subject to the specific requirements of each payment provider.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Verified accounts have higher deposit limits than unverified accounts.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time for bKash and Nagad in the vast majority of cases. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect.
• 3333dat does not charge a processing fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 3333dat accepts no liability.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or business accounts — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• 3333dat reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in breach of any other provision of these terms.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process may have withdrawal requests delayed pending document review.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 24 hours for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) after approval. Card withdrawals via Visa or Mastercard may take between 3 and 5 business days.
• Only real-money balances derived from verified deposits are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds must satisfy applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• 3333dat reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal above ৳50,000 or where suspicious activity is suspected.
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or breach of these terms, 3333dat may freeze an Account and withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

Clause 5

Bonus Policy

Terms governing promotional offers, welcome bonuses, free spins, and all other incentive schemes on 3333dat.

3333dat offers various promotional bonuses and incentive schemes to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the promotion's individual offer page.

• Bonuses are available to players who are aged 18 or above and have a verified 3333dat Account in good standing.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including by creating additional accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential Account termination.
• Bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in each promotion. The standard Wagering Requirement is 30x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise. Wagering Requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless a different validity period is specified.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories are weighted differently. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the Wagering Requirement. Live dealer games, sports betting markets, and Rummy games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in each promotion's terms.
• 3333dat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Player is actively completing a Wagering Requirement, the Player's progress will be honoured for a reasonable period as determined by 3333dat.
• Bonus winnings obtained through what 3333dat determines to be exploitative, systematic, or bad-faith wagering patterns may be voided at the sole discretion of 3333dat.
• Promotional bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash equivalent outside the Platform.

Clause 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

Rules governing gameplay integrity, RNG certification, and the standards applied to all games offered on 3333dat.

All games available on the 3333dat Platform — including slot games, live dealer casino tables, Rummy card games, and sports betting markets — are operated under the following fair play standards.

• Collusion between players — including in live dealer games or Rummy sessions — to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account termination and legal referral.
• Any suspected technical malfunction of a game during an active wager will be investigated. 3333dat reserves the right to void bets affected by verified technical errors. In cases of dispute, the game server logs constitute the authoritative record.
• Players must not exploit errors, loopholes, or bugs in the Platform's software. Any Player found to have knowingly exploited a malfunction to generate winnings will have those winnings voided and their Account reviewed.

Clause 7

User Obligations

The responsibilities and conduct standards that every 3333dat player is required to uphold at all times.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, these Terms & Conditions, and any additional rules or policies published by 3333dat. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or when communicating with the support team.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, financing of terrorism, or any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Engage in any conduct that damages, disrupts, or overburdens the Platform's infrastructure, including DDoS attacks, SQL injection attempts, or any other form of cyberattack.
• Attempt to access another player's Account, intercept communications, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software or systems.
• Use the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law — you assume sole legal responsibility for your jurisdiction compliance.
• Share your Account login credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.
• Post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content through the Platform that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any form of chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent reversal of a deposit with your payment provider. Chargeback abuse constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure, legal action, and recovery of any associated losses including legal costs.

You acknowledge that 3333dat may monitor Platform activity for compliance with these obligations, including through automated systems and manual review. Evidence of prohibited conduct may be shared with relevant law enforcement authorities and payment providers at 3333dat's discretion.

Clause 8

Account Suspension & Closure

Circumstances under which 3333dat may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account.

3333dat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to operating duplicate accounts, providing false information, or engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, chargeback abuse, or any other financially irregular behaviour.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion that the Account holder is under the age of 18.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder or a responsible gaming intervention triggered by the Platform's responsible gaming monitoring systems.
• A legal obligation imposed on 3333dat by regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or applicable financial crime legislation.
• Non-use of the Account — accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 until the balance reaches zero or the player re-activates the account.

Upon Account closure for breach of these terms, any real-money balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited at 3333dat's discretion where the breach is material (e.g., fraud, money laundering, duplicate account abuse). Where Account closure is initiated by the player voluntarily — or through a responsible gaming self-exclusion — the real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account or request a self-exclusion period should contact support at support@3333dat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and result in immediate blocking of Platform access for the duration specified by the player.

Any dispute arising from Account suspension or closure must be raised with the support team within 30 days of the suspension or closure notification. 3333dat will endeavour to respond to formal disputes within 10 business days. All decisions made by 3333dat following an investigation are final, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution rights under applicable law.

Clause 9

Limitation of Liability

The extent of 3333dat's liability to players in connection with use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3333dat's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3333dat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any other form of economic loss arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 3333dat has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

3333dat does not accept liability for any failure or interruption of the Platform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service provider outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, cyberattacks by third parties, or failures of third-party payment systems including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay infrastructure.

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude 3333dat's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any other form of liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
